Terms conditions for the online sale of products and services between Grupo Joisa S.L and users (“General Conditions”)
1. General conditions prior to contracting
- a) These General Conditions will expressly regulate the commercial relations arising between Grupo Joisa S.L and Private Users (as this term is defined in the Legal Notice) that, through the website www.grupojoisa .com, purchase the products and services that it offers at all times to Private Users specifically for online sale.

4. Products and services offered
- a) Joisa Group, S.L. will publish, together with the image of each of the Products that are sold through the Website, the specific characteristics of each of them and the applicable sale price.
- b) Joisa Group, S.L. guarantees that the price of the Products will be the one in force on the day of the formalization of the purchase regardless of the day on which the delivery of the order is formalized.
- c) If there are applicable offers on the price of the Products, these will be indicated next to the initial price with a different font that allows the Customer to clearly identify the final price of the Product. In any case, the temporary period of validity of the offer will be indicated in its absence.
- d) Joisa Group, S.L. may, unilaterally and at any time, offer new Products and Services that are sold on the Website as well as suspend or cancel, temporarily or indefinitely, any of the products and services that are available on the Website. .
- e) The prices established on the Website include the applicable VAT on each product or service as well as any other applicable tax. Grupo Joisa, S.L undertakes to keep prices updated in accordance with the applicable tax at all times.
5. Purchasing system
- a) The Client must select the chosen product that he wishes to purchase and the quantity thereof. This operation must be viewed in “cart or checkout” and fill in the requested information. The purchase procedure will be in Spanish and English.

7. Delivery, shipping and expenses
- a) The Products of Grupo Joisa S.L are delivered to the Clients’ addresses, managing the shipments through the contracted transport companies.
- b) Delivery times: The purchase will be delivered from Monday to Friday, except holidays, within a period of 24/72 hours from the date of shipment.

- d) Transportation costs: Home delivery costs per order will be included in the final price of each Product published on the Website and indicated in the purchase summary email you will receive the Client.
Peninsula: Shipping costs are subject to a flat rate of €4.95. Shipping is free for orders over €7 (only on the peninsula). For orders sent to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the shipping cost will be €12.95.
8. Right of withdrawal of orders

14. Nullity of the clauses.

15. Applicable legislation and jurisdiction.
Conflicts that may arise from the application of these rules will be governed by the laws of Spain and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, will be submitted to the Courts of Valencia (Valencian Community).
